All payments/token amount made through the Vaneet Infra website are subject to verification and acceptance by the Company. It is mandatory to fill Vaneet Infra’s application form by the customer.

Any refund, cancellation, or adjustment of token money in booking amount and further payments shall be governed by the terms and conditions contained in the respective Application Form, Booking Form, Allotment Letter, Agreement to Sell and/or addendum (if any), or any other agreement executed between the customer and Vaneet Infra.

Refund requests, where applicable, shall be reviewed by the Company and processed in accordance with the applicable contractual terms and prevailing laws. Approved refunds shall be credited to the original payment source within 45 working days after approval.

Payment gateway charges, taxes, statutory deductions, and administrative charges, if any, may be deducted from the refundable amount as per applicable terms .
